Must be located in West Michigan, relocatable, or virtual business.

Industry

We have experience in many industries.  We are most concerned with the quality and growth prospects of the business. 



Investment Size

We prefer cash flow positive companies. EBITDA of $500,000 to $50,000,000.  We prefer businesses with GM% > 40%.

We are flexible equity investors.  We do not provide debt financing.

 

People

We buy quality businesses from honest, hard-working people, typically at retirement age.
